Council boss laments blackout in Burutu
CHAIRMAN of Burutu Local Government, Delta State, Chief Ebikeme Clark, has appealed to the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) to extend its electricity assistance for host communities to Burutu, the council headquarters.
